What is In-company learning?
With In-company learning, you train an entire team or a group of employees with a customized program based on specific challenges and/or objectives.
Option 1 - the DPM course
The Digital Product Management course customized for your organization, including the toolkit, final assignment, and diploma certificate.
Option 2 - training specific knowledge and skills
Customized training on a specific topic, for example, planning & road mapping, the working backward method, or product discovery.

The DPMe Diploma Certificate for your entire team in just 5 steps
Step 1: Introduction & intake
We begin with an introductory conversation to get a good understanding of the organization, situation, challenges, learning desires, and make an estimate of the L&D investment.
Step 2: Discuss 'In-company learning' proposal
Based on the intake, we develop the customized training program as part of the In-company learning proposal. During the discussion, we finalize the details before inviting the participants for onboarding.
Step 3: Onboarding of participants
Before the program starts, there is onboarding where, together with the participants, we determine personal learning goals.
Step 4: Execution of the course programme
During the in-house training, the material is conveyed by experts from the field and tested through many interactive exercises, the DPM toolkit, and homework. The main instructors coach the participants during the course.
Step 5: Final assignment & DPMe Diploma Certificate
Participants conclude the training with a final assignment specifically tailored to the organization. When successfully completed, participants receive the Digital Product Management Expert Diploma Certificate.
